He quoted me a fair price and came out the very next day to do the work. Right away he put on shoe covers and laid out tarps to protect surfaces. There was a minor problem during installation when he realized a part was faulty. He came back the next day and finished the job. He stuck to his quote despite the extra work, and was very friendly and professional. I appreciated that he invited me to watch and learn what he was doing. Methodical2024-02-22I had a main line backup conveniently Valentines Day at 10 PM. Other local plumbers I had done business with were unavailable or wanted me to wait until the morning, with grey water in my basement. No thanks. Shannon was there in about an hour after calling in the issue, and quoted me an estimate up front on the phone. And in less than an hour, the issue was resolved. He didn't have to use heavier equipment to clear the blockage, so he charged me only half of what he quoted. This is an honest plumber and a very personable guy that I wouldn't mind having cigars and beer with.
